Airstream Club International Rally: Fun in the Fall!

You may already be one of the 1,015 lucky ones who’ve already signed up to take your rig to Sedalia, MO for the 67th Annual Airstream Club International Rally, but if not – here’s the scoop on what you need to know!

Dates are October 5-10, 2024. You can choose to arrive up to three days early (meaning get your campsite as early as October 2nd).

Camping Fees: It costs $375 for one camping spot for the entire rally week (Saturday through Thursday nights). If you want to come in any earlier, it’s another $50 per night (again, the earliest park date is Wed., October 2).

Entry Fees: It costs $125 for an adult pass; $75 for Youth 13-17; $50 for Children 4-12; Toddlers 3 and under are free. If you’re a lifetime member, you receive a $20 discount off your entry fee.

What’s there to do? If you can, arrive in time to catch the Vintage Airstream Club Parade Saturday at 2 p.m.! The Rally officially kicks off Saturday night; October 5, then we’ll get going with a full day’s programming of seminars (tracks are: Airstream Lifestyle, Mechanical, Special Interest & Hobby, History & Storytelling and finally Club-centric stuff that makes us the most special RV Owners Club in the universe.

Plus we’ll have two exhibit areas open for your shopping and services pleasure Sunday through Thursday, 9a-4p. Several nights will offer entertainment for all, and on Sunday evening, we provide gift cards for everyone to purchase their dinner from one of the food trucks (we always ask for gluten-free, veg, non-dairy and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) on site!

You’ll find happy hours, socials and fun times everywhere you go: you will be able to drive your tow vehicles (parked right with you at your campsite) to come and go as you please. Your rally fee covers your stay through “check-out” (you don’t really have to check out, you just drive away with tears in your eyes at the good times having come to an end) by 11 a.m. Friday, October 11th. But, you are very welcome to stay camped (we will have to move to an area all together for those staying after the rally) at the Missouri State Fair for a discounted rate of $25 per night, so there’s no rush to be on your way!

p.s. The Sedalia Downtown community is holding their “First Thursdays” tradition with businesses extending hours to be open until 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
