The ACI Member App is now officially live — and with more than 2,000 members already using it within the first few days, the excitement is real! The app is quickly becoming a go-to resource for quick BRN lookups, event browsing, direct messaging between members, and connecting in a social space made just for Airstreamers.
But now that it’s out in the wild… what’s next?
Phase 2: Feedback, Fixes & Features
With the initial release behind us, we’re entering the next phase:
- Listening to member feedback
- Fixing any bugs as they’re reported
- Planning future enhancements based on your needs
Some of the most common suggestions so far include notification controls, event filtering, and expanding access to members outside North America. We’re taking these seriously and are already mapping out what improvements will look like in upcoming versions.
While not perfect, it can only get better from here — especially with your input.

Why Can’t I Use My ACI Website Login?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions — and it’s a good one.
Even though the app is an extension of the ACI website, the login systems are intentionally separate. For security reasons, we chose not to link the app directly to your website password. Doing so would increase vulnerability if either system were ever compromised.
Instead, the app uses a new login created using your ACI-registered email address. Once that email is verified, you set a unique app password. This approach gives us greater control over app-specific access while keeping your ACI web credentials secure and untouched.
Why Am I Not Getting the Verification Email?
This has been a common frustration for some members, and we’re actively working on it.
The verification email is sent automatically by our authentication system. However, we are seeing inconsistent behavior—some members receive the email immediately, some experience delays, and a few do not receive it at all.
We are currently investigating the issue with the system provider to better understand why this is happening and how to improve delivery. In the meantime, we recommend checking spam or junk folders, and ensuring your email address is correctly entered and matches the one on file with ACI.

ACI Member App – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why can’t I use my ACI website login?
The app and website are intentionally separate systems for security purposes. The app requires you to create a new login using your ACI-registered email address. This keeps your website credentials private and adds a layer of security specific to mobile access.
Why am I not receiving the verification email?
The app sends a verification email automatically through a secure authentication system.
Some members receive it instantly, others experience delays, and a few haven’t received it at all.
We are actively investigating this issue and working to improve delivery reliability. In the meantime:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure the email address matches the one on file with ACI
- Wait a few minutes before requesting a resend
What if I don’t get the verification email?
The verification email is sent automatically, but some members have experienced delays or non-delivery.
Temporary workaround:
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.
- Enter your ACI-registered email
- You’ll receive an email to reset your password
- Once reset, this will also mark your email as verified and allow you to log in
We are continuing to work with the authentication system provider to improve the reliability of email delivery.
Is the app available to all members?
Yes—all members in good standing with a valid ACI-registered email address (Primary or Partner) can access the app.
Can I use the app if I live outside North America?
The current release is limited to North America, but we’ve left the door open for future expansion, including members in Europe and beyond.
Can I use the same login on more than one device?
Yes, you can log into your account on multiple devices—but only one account per email address is supported.
