If you want to or need to stay in a colder area this winter, you’re often out of luck as all campgrounds are closed for the season. This is where programs like Harvest Hosts and Airstream Club International’s Courtesy Parking Program come in handy.
Harvest Hosts gives you unlimited overnight stays at unique RV camping locations across the US and Canada, including farms, wineries, breweries, attractions, and more. Through Airstream Club International’s Courtesy Parking Program, you can stay overnight for free at hundreds of private properties owned by fellow Airstream Club International members.

Even though the Courtesy Parking Program is now powered by Harvest Hosts, in order to book stays at Harvest Hosts locations, you must have a Harvest Hosts Membership. Hoovers Maple Syrup is open year-round, and offering tours of their facility and free samples of their organic maple syrup! This offers 15A electric hookups, perfect for any of your RV heating needs.
The Old Woodford Train Station

Watch trains go by on this beautiful property, located next to the Old Woodford Train Station. This location is big rig-friendly and the perfect stay for locomotive enthusiasts.
Deer Run Tree Farm

This Christmas Tree Farm is the perfect place to get into the holiday spirit. The scenic farm in eastern Pennsylvania is open year-round. In addition to selling trees and garlands, they have fresh eggs and honey for sale, and a barbeque food stand on site!
Streamside Retreat

Just as the name suggests, stay along a stream at streamside retreat! This breathtaking spot is located near Lake Champlain, meaning you have many hiking, kayaking, and fishing spots in the vicinity. The 15A electric hookups on-site are a plus!
