Airstream Club International members shared their travels, memories and creative talents through two photography contests at the 2026 International Rally in Minot, North Dakota.
The Snapshot Contest featured seven categories, with Pets/Animals and the new Minot Memories category among the most popular. Members submitted 123 photos from 64 entrants, with each photo measuring 4 by 6 inches. Rally attendees voted for their favorite image in each category, and ribbons were awarded for first, second and third place, as well as honorable mention.
The Photo Print Contest also featured seven categories, with Travel and Landscape drawing the most submissions. A total of 38 entrants submitted 127 photos, printed at either 8 by 10 inches or 11 by 13 inches.
Local Minot photography professionals Ron Rouse and Tom Ross judged the Photo Print Contest and awarded first-, second- and third-place ribbons and honorable mentions in each category. They also selected Amy Harbison’s photograph as Best in Show.
Rally attendees voted for the People’s Choice award, which went to first-time rally attendee Peter Nunez.
The winning photos and their ribbons were displayed during the rally’s final evening events. Many first-timers earned ribbons, while several members received awards in multiple categories.
Those who viewed the entries remarked on the talent within the club — and on how fortunate members are to have their Airstreams take them to the many places captured in the photographs.
