I am very excited to announce the soon-to-be-released Airstream Club Member App! This long-awaited tool has been a goal of the International Board of Trustees (IBT) for some time now, and I’m thrilled to share that it’s finally becoming a reality.
Background
The idea of having a mobile app for our club members has been discussed for years to bring more value and convenience to your membership — offering easy access to BRNs, event listings, member profiles, and much more, all from the palm of your hand.
However, after careful review, it was determined that the developmental cost of such an app was not financially feasible within the Club’s current budget. But that didn’t mean the dream had to end there.
Determined to make this member benefit a reality, I set out in search of a company willing to take on the development of the app as a goodwill gesture — a contribution to the community with no expectation of recognition or financial return. I’m proud to say that this effort was successful.
Thanks to the incredible support of Marc Nijdam (BRN 7569) of the Information Technology Standing Committee, and the generosity of the development team, the Airstream Club Member App is in the final stages of development and testing.

- Beta Testing: April 1-April 8, 2025
- Feedback & Adjustment Implementation: April 8-April 30, 2025
- Public Release on iOS and Android: May 15, 2025

Member-Only Access
This app is a member-exclusive benefit and will only be available to ACI members in good standing. Users must log in using the current and valid email address associated with their Airstream Club International account. If someone who is not an active member attempts to access the app, their login will be denied.
Training & Support
To make sure every member feels comfortable using the app, we will offer training resources and live walkthroughs before and after launch. These will include:
- Step-by-step guides and videos available on the ACI website.
- Live training sessions and Q&A during the International Rally in York, PA.
- Virtual office hours where members can drop in with questions.
- Support from regional volunteers who can assist members locally.
Our goal is to make sure this app is not just useful — but truly accessible to all.
Why This Matters
This app is more than just technology — it’s a symbol of what we can accomplish when passionate volunteers, visionary leadership, and generous supporters come together for the good of the Club.
